I decided to take my clients on a hike and do Pilates outside the studio. So we hiked Koko Head Crater this morning using all of our Pilates principles. It was a wonderful and very cardio workout. Once your at the top a huge since of accomplishment comes over you. Good going Laura, Laurie, Jayne and Marylin.
