Intensive Barrels - IBRL
IBRL prepares you to teach Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) exercises on the Barrels. By the end of this course you will be able to fine-tune personal and circuit training programs to meet a variety of clients’ conditioning goals with 98 exercises on the Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arc Barrel. Beyond the general course objectives, you will learn:

ISP ( Injuries and special populations)

Injuries and Special Populations - ISP Learn to customize workouts to address weaknesses, health conditions, postural problems or injuries (but not to diagnose specific injuries). Topics covered in this lecture/demonstration class include: Approaches to rehabilitating an injured musculoskeletal system Anatomy and biomechanics, dysfunctions and pathologies, and exercise modifications in the: lumbo-pelvic, cervical, upper quadrant, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle and foot regions Pregnancy, fibromyalgia and other special conditions plus workout design Appropriate modification of Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair and Barrel exercises
